Privacy Notice

When you place an order, we collect your name, email, phone number and delivery location so we can fulfill it and reach you if something changes. When you book a tour, we share the minimum information needed (your name and party size) with the partner business running that tour. We never sell your information, and we don't use it for anything beyond fulfilling your order, sending you the confirmations and receipts you'd expect, and — only if you've asked us to — answering a message you sent us. We process personal data in accordance with Colombian Law 1581 of 2012 (Habeas Data). You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you by writing to us through the Contact page. Order and delivery data is kept for as long as needed for accounting and customer-service purposes. Contact form messages are kept until they're resolved, then archived.
