Medallo Express sells souvenir kits and coordinates bookings for tours operated by independent local businesses. For souvenir orders, Medallo Express is the seller and is responsible for the order, delivery, and any issue with the merchandise itself. For tours, Medallo Express acts as a referrer and booking intermediary between you and the operating business (for example, the restaurant, guide collective, or farm named on the tour's page). The tour itself — timing, safety, and the on-the-ground experience — is the responsibility of that operating business. Tour requests are confirmed by us after you submit them, not instantly; we'll follow up by email or phone with your confirmed time. Prices are shown in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through PayPal; Medallo Express never sees or stores your card or PayPal account details. To cancel or change an order or booking, contact us as soon as possible through the Contact page — we'll do our best to accommodate changes, though tours may be subject to the partner business's own cancellation policy.
